It’s not all that complicated either!

  • 1 lb. strawberries, washed
  • 4oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4oz. whipped cream
  • 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 24 oz. almond bark, chocolate (12 cubes)
  • 4 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  1. Cut around the tops of the strawberries, creating a hole big enough to fill with frosting.  Place the strawberries on a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  2. Whip the cream cheese by using the whisk attachment on your mixer until the cream cheese if fluffy and sticks to the sides of the mixer.
  3. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, and mix until well blended.
  4. Add the whipped cream, folding it into the mixture using a spatula.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese frosting into a piping bag (or just a plastic bag with a hole cut out) and begin filling the strawberries with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Place the filled strawberries in the fridge to allow the cream cheese mixture to harden a bit before covering with chocolate.
  7. In a medium sized saucepan, place the twelve cubes of chocolate inside on low heat.  Stir continuously until melted.  Let melted chocolate cool for a few minutes.
  8. Mix the graham cracker, butter, and sugar together.  Set aside.
  9. Dip the filled strawberries in chocolate and sprinkle them with the graham cracker mixture.  Let them cool, covered in the fridge for an hour.
