1. Preheat oven to 350. Take out crescent rolls, and lay them on a cookie sheet. Spread them and pinch together to make a rectangular pizza crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to get golden on the top.

I think what I love most about this, is the color!

If you are serving this for a Christmas dinner, you could use green and red veggies (cucumbers, broccoli, red bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes).

Ingredients

*1 can crescent rolls

*1/2 cup sour cream

*4 oz. cream cheese, softened

*chives or green onions, chopped

*pinch of dried dill

*veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, etc.), chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Take out crescent rolls, and lay them on a cookie sheet. Spread them and pinch together to make a rectangular pizza crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to get golden on the top.

2. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together in a small bowl. Chop up some green onions or chives and put into the mixture. Add some dill (a pinch or two will do).  Mix it all together and chill while you cut the veggies.

3. Chop all your veggies and set aside.

4. Take the crust out of the oven and let it completely cool down on a rack with parchment paper.

5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust.

6. Add your veggies on top of the mixture.

7. Cut into small slices with a pizza cutter and chill in the fridge for an hour.
